Rugged & Rustic! If you like that broken-in, weathered look, this water buffalo leather is for you. It has a flexible and firm feel with a distressed, antique appearance. Inside has two main pockets, one for the notebook on the right and one on the left for loose papers. It also has a small pocket (5" x 3") for business cards. Notebook ties closed with a leather strap.
Each notebook cover is handcrafted and made to order from Crazy Horse Brown water buffalo leather. Because this leather is impregnated with oils, you'll notice a multi-toned color shift take place as you use it, darkening the high-contact areas first. The R & R will slowly transform from matte brown to a darker, polished patina.
Hand-cut from the hide, with hand-punched holes and hand-sewn (whipstitch style) with waxed thread.
SIZE: The R & R measures approx. 10-1/2" x 8-1/4" x 3/4" when closed. Fits a standard composition notebook (included). The inserted notebook measures approx. 9-3/4" x 7-1/2" and is easy to replace when it's all filled up.
