Shipping Info

I will get your items made & shipped as quickly as possible. The standard time for fulfillment is quoted on each listing. Note: If time and/or workload allows, it will be faster.

** Shipping on WEBSITE STORE orders is FREE in the USA.

** For custom-orders, customer is responsible for shipping.

** For repair-work, customer is responsible for shipping both ways. 

Depending on size & weight, most items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, averaging 2-5 business days. Otherwise, it's Priority Mail. PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service (USPS) reports that transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin (in this case, Southport, North Carolina).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you have provided.

Alternative shipping options are available upon request.

In the event that your package is lost or damaged en route, please let me know asap and I will help provide any necessary paperwork, etc. to the Postal System.
