This leather notebook/journal makes a big impression in spite of, or because of, its plainness. The brushed brown leather speaks for itself and will gradually form a beautiful patina with time & use. There is subtle burned detail on the edges creating a clean, balanced appearance. This leather holds up amazingly well and takes constant use like a champ.
Each cover is handcrafted and made to order. They are hand-cut from the hide with hand-punched holes for stitching, and hand-laced with round leather cord. Color may vary slightly from hide to hide.
Fits standard composition notebook (included), which measures 9-3/4" x 7-1/2" and is easy to replace when it's all filled up. With the cover, the Minimalist Journal measures 10-1/2 x 8 when closed, and opens to 10-1/2 x 16-1/2.
