First I cut it to size, then each tassel is sliced by hand. Next I roll the fringed leather and cinch it off at the top with leather cord and a detailed antiqued copper metal bead.
To attach to your bag or boot, simply wrap the leather cord around your purse handle or bootstrap, loop it through itself, and let it hang freely. They're an easy way to insert a little playfulness and individuality into your look without being over the top.
Tassels look great as your bag swings on your shoulder or with each step your boot takes . . . NOTE: They're pretty on just one boot so there's no need to buy two tassels. Unless you want to!
