Back from the past! That's what I hear a lot when selling these in person. Leather Hair Sticks can be used in place of barrettes or hair ties. Leather measures 1-1/2" x 4" and wooden sticks are 5-1/2" long.
To use: 1) gather a section of hair and twist it into a small bun or "twisted section". 2) Place the leather over the twist or bun. 3) Slide the stick into the first hole, behind the bun, and out the other hole. Done!
Available in three designs:
(A) a firm, rich brown leather with a small stamped design
(B) a semi-soft, brushed brown leather with a sunburst design that is burned onto the leather
(C) a distressed water buffalo leather with no design, because sometimes, less is best.
