As I was packing up from a recent market, I noticed that a ton of the hardware on my leather bags had tarnished to a point that it needed to be addressed, immediately. Apologies and many thanks to my customers that saw it and still told me nice things about my work. I know that this is a natural process for solid brass, but its never happened this rapidly!! Could it be our excessive heat that sped up the process????? Ugh. 😞
